Job description
Requirements:
- Experience in reception role, night porter role or hotel based environment an advantage
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Be self-motivated and can prioritise work
- Be flexible with regards to working hours and be available for weekend work
- Available 1/2 nights per week 11.15pm - 8.15am
Responsibilities:
- Greet guest in a warm and professional manner
- Check in and check out guests to the company standards
- Deal with calls
- Luggage delivery
- Dealing with requests, queries and suggestions and resolving guest complaints, quickly and efficiently
- Basic Cleaning Duties
