Job description

Assistant required for local growing business for admin and accounts receivable tasks including:
- Controlling credit and ensuring debtors are on time
- Taking and recording client payments
-Making phone calls
- Data entry of confidential patient files
- Admin support for other staff

- The ideal candidate will preferably have good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel, as well as being self motivated and highly organised
- Full training of the specific business software will be provided

The position will require approx. 6 hours a week which will increase over time as the role develops. The required hours can be split between office hours and work from home if necessary.
