Job description
We are seeking a Trainee Manager to Train in all aspects of Hotel Management. This could be a Full Time Position up to 39 hours per week including shift work, depending on Business needs. The suitable person will need to work with the Management team in all areas of the Hospitality Industry as a learning process in Front of House, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Bar and Restaurant. The successful candidate, who will receive in house training, must be enthusiastic about learning new skills, excellent attention to detail and with personal high expectations. Willing to work and learn on the job to the highest standards and be customer focused. In time take on the role of a duty Manager to cover this role when needed and oversee the in house teams.
