* Head Chef
- Must have people management skills, HACCP aware, most importantly worked with seafood in the past, etc.

* Commis Chef
- You will be joining a team of commi chef, Chef de Partie colleagues to work under a Head Chef - you must be familiar with seafood, have worked in the industry for a minimum of 2+years

* Kitchen Porter

- Accommodation provided if chosen for the role and you are not living in Dingle
