Job description

- We currently have an opening for a commis chef in our family run Michelin recommended restaurant on the beautiful west coast of Ireland, Dingle
- This is a great opportunity for a hard working applicant to gain experience and skills in a good quality restaurant

Job description:
- Duty's will include; fish and shellfish preparation, vegetable prep, plating, making deserts and ice creams, cleaning and general commis chef duty's

Experience:
- We require someone with HACCP training, some kitchen experience, experience filleting fish an advantage

Language:
- We require the applicant to speak English and/or French

Contract:
- 8 month contract from 10 march 2020 to 10 November 2020

Pay:
- 10.10h plus tips 40h a week approx.
