Job description

- Minimum QQI Level 6 FETAC in childcare, Level 7/8 an advantage
- Business management experience is an advantage
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and staff
- Excellent interpersonal, administration, organisational, financial, budgeting, projection and IT skills
- Familiarity with the relevant childcare funding bodies, with the ability to apply for online grands
- Ability to ensure that high standards are maintained in all aspects of the centre
