Job description

* Maintenance Electrician
- The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of all production machines and all ancillary equipment
- The candidate must be a qualified electrician and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment and have exposure to pneumatics and hydraulics
- Experience in injection moulding and automated assembly would be a distinct advantage

* Shift Supervisor
- This is a hands-on role and the shift supervisor is mainly responsible for the maintenance of production machines and troubleshooting during the shift
- Responsibility will also include shift production output, the quality of the product and the supervision of employees
- This is a challenging role and the ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer or time-served electrician / fitter with experience in supervision and will have worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Please note that shift work is a requirement of this role

* Toolmaker
- Reporting to the Toolroom Manager, this position involves the repair and maintenance of all the company's multi-cavity injection moulds in a busy toolroom environment
- The toolmaker works closely with the Production Department on both routine mould maintenance and troubleshooting on an as-needs basis
- The ideal candidate will be a time-served toolmaker with a strong mechanical aptitude

* Shift Technician
- The shift technician provides support to the shift supervisor and experience will be gained in injection and silicone moulding, automated assembly and production in a high-volume, low-cost environment
- The ideal candidate will be a newly-qualified engineer or time-served electrician / fitter
- Please note that shift work is a requirement of this role

* Production Operators
- Multiple vacancies
- Successful candidates will be required to perform shift work (days, evenings, nights and weekends.)
- No previous experience or qualifications are required and full training will be provided
