Job Title: Event Logistics Operations Manager
Location: RDI-HUB, Killorglin, Co. Kerry

Your main responsibilities:
- Overseeing the logistics operations in Ireland and EU
- Building and managing key strategic relationships with network agents, 3PL's and Logistics providers
- Provide excellent customer service/account management support, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Lead service delivery teams on-site at the event, ensuring all suppliers maintain high standards of customer care and operational performance at the venue or delivery location

Your skills and experience:
- 1-2 year experience freight forwarding desired but not essential as full training provided
- Good people skills; personable with positive can do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with particular focus on Microsoft Excel
- Can work on own initiative as well as in a team environment
- Ability to multi task
- Knowledge of world geography
- Ability to speak a second foreign language an advantage but not compulsory
- Some international travel required from time to time
- A full driving License
- Some experience in the exhibition industry a plus but no essential

Starting salary 40K euro gross before Income tax
