Job Description:
As our Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cafe's operations. Your main duties will include:
- Managing a team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service
- Developing and implementing efficient work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships to ensure a well-stocked and diverse menu
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Analyzing financial reports, monitoring expenses, and maximizing profitability
- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food trends and seasonal produce
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS)
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
