Job description
- Cromane Childcare Centre is currently recruiting for the position of Room Leader / Supervisor
- This is a full-time position
- Cromane Community Childcare centre is a purpose-built facility located a few minutes outside of Killorglin, in a beautiful coastal village
- We provide childcare services for children from 1 year to 12 years across our service
- Cromane Childcare Centre operates from 8am to 6pm, 5 days a week
- Successful candidates will hold the necessary childcare experience, knowledge and a Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Level 7/8 qualification will be an advantage
Desired Skills and qualities would include:
- Leadership skills (support and supervision)
- Ability work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the childcare industry and child protection legislation
- Organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of Siolta and Aistear
- Communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Have a fun and energetic personality
